SILVER PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Product discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

Plan benefits only apply to the patient on the plan

Complimentary appointments are at the frequency recommended by our Optometrist

Complimentary replacement contact lenses are limited to 10 pairs of daily lenses or 1 reusable pair per year

An in-date contact lens specification is required for supply of contact lenses

Solution may not be included in home delivery

Eligible NHS vouchers will be subtracted from the total bill

Any plan cancelled up to six months after spectacle purchase will be liable to pay the discount applied at time of dispense to James Bryan Opticians.
GOLD PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum plan period 24 months

Product discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

Plan benefits only apply to the patient on the solo plan

Plan benefits only apply to a maximum of four patients, living at the bill payers address on the family plan

Complimentary eye examination at the frequency recommended by an Optometrist
-
Complimentary reglazing covers the £60 reglazing fee only; lenses to be purchased separately

Reglazed discount not applicable to frames in poor condition (subject to discretion of a Dispensing Optician)

Emergency appointment type is at the discretion of an Optician (telephone consultation / face-to-face)

Accidental damage spectacle cover takes effect for 12 months from the date of collection. For reglazed spectacles, only the lenses are covered. Maximum of one claim per pair. Only damaged part(s) will be replaced. Damaged spectacles to be returned before a replacement is ordered

Any plan cancelled will be subject to a 36-month cooldown period before becoming eligible for reinstatement

Any plan cancelled up to six months after spectacle purchase will be liable to pay the discount applied at time of dispense to James Bryan Opticians
